Meaning Lens
Psychology for everyday life

See yourself through a clearer lens.

Meaning Lens turns validated psychological scales and research into short, honest tools for self-reflection, for the everyday worries that never make it to a therapist's office. 심리학으로 일상과 인간관계를 이해하도록 돕습니다.

What we're building

Three stages, one app: understand yourself through scales, through analysis, and finally through conversation.

How we work

A few lines we don't cross, whatever the product looks like.

01

Grounded in research

Every scale and every interpretation traces back to a published study. We show the source.

02

Reflection, not diagnosis

Results are reference points for looking back on yourself. We don't diagnose, and we point to professional help when it's needed.

03

Start light, go deep

Begin with a two-minute check. Stay for the theory behind it if you want to understand more.

About us

Meaning Lens is a small team led by a social psychology graduate researcher who spent four years as a backend engineer. We started in 2026 because we kept seeing the same gap: people carry everyday worries about work, study, and relationships that feel too small for therapy, yet never get a closer look.

We build every product with Claude Code, and we're now developing our first Claude API features: plain-language interpretations of test results, and the characters people practice conversations with in Meaning World.
